Verification Policy

As stated in signage next to the loading dock, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the products purchased are secure and accounted for before leaving the premises. This allows us to serve our customers to the highest degree by offering courtesy loading services, including tying down materials. If you are having problems with your order after leaving the premises, please give us a call.

Return Policy

Need to return some items? Please do so within 10 days of purchase. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you have questions about a return, please give us a call.
